현재 꼬따오에는 한국인 프리다이빙 강사님이 없습니다. 그러다보니 그나마 후기가 많은 곳에서 강습을 받으시는 것 같습니다. 저도 그곳에서 할지말지 고민을 하다가 이곳에서 하게 되었는데 정말 만족스럽습니다.

한국어를 할 줄 아는 Sangela 강사님을 통해서 한국어로 수업을 들었고, 이론 교재는 한국어 번역본이 있어서 이론과 실기를 익히는데 어려움이 없었습니다. 게다가 AIDA 자격증이 발급되기에 추후 자격증 교차발급에 대한 걱정도 필요 없습니다!

저는 여기서 생젤라와 뚝따 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 좋은 강습 덕분에 강습 1일차에 스태틱과 다이나믹을 모두 통과했습니다. 그리고 2일차에 16미터까지 내려갈 수 있었습니다. 생젤라 강사님에게 수업을 받게 되면 중국 전통 차를 마시면서 이퀄라이징과 호흡을 배울 수 있으며, 제가 어려워하는 부분에 대해서는 강사님이 촬영한 교육 영상을 보내주십니다. 물론 제 자세에 대한 사진이나 영상을 보내주셔서 도움이 많이 됩니다.

저는 프리다이브 꼬따오 덕분에 스노쿨링을 할때마다 바닷속을 여행할 수 있게 되었고, 덕분에 거북이 영상을 찍을 수 있었습니다. 모두들에게 정말 감사합니다!!

Professional team will guide you step by step, very relaxed and stress free experience.
The course is well planned with enough time to rest in between the sessions.
Also, very thoughtful owner, I had to stop my second sea day dives due to sinus pain, and I joined after 4 days to another course to finish my certificate free of charge.
Equipment is in a very good condition.
Boat to to sea dives drives slowly and safely.

After scuba diving for a long time this is
One of my best experiences.

Certificated free divers can join the fun dives with professional photographer, or upgrade their certificate.

Will definitely come back here next year.

This is truly an excellent school for all levels. I did both a course training and a fun dive here and would recommend both!! The crew were extremely welcoming and take awesome pictures/videos if youre looking for underwater photography. Honorable mention goes out to my AIDA3 instructor, Charlie. He was a fantastic coach bringing huge depth of knowledge, very close attention to detail (which really helped me progress), and good humor making it some of the most enjoybale freediving I've had to date. Wow, just wrapped up an epic intro to free diving day and let me tell you, I am buzzing with excitement!

So, picture this: I finished my scuba diving open water certification and thought, “Hey, why not give free diving a whirl?” But here’s the kicker – I only had one day left on the island. Enter Tom and his awesome crew who were like, “No worries, mate, we got you covered!” They squeezed in an equalization class at 6 pm and then treated me to a full-on free dinner the next day.

Let me tell you, after experiencing both scuba and free diving, I’m scratching my head wondering why more travelers aren’t jumping on the free diving wagon. It’s seriously next-level satisfying and authentic.

If you’re itching to explore the depths and push your boundaries in a safe and supportive setting, Freedive Koh Tao is THE place to be. From the moment you step through the door, you’re hit with waves of warmth and passion from the team. Huge shoutout to Tom and Elena – thank you guys!

Great course with Charlie, patient and professional. Be careful, with them freedive become pretty addictive;)
